Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce byla tvorba projektové dokumentace budovy v rozsahu pro stavební povolení s vybranými detaily obálky budovy. Budova je navržena na základě architektonické studie. Jedná se o pětipodlažní objekt s třemi nadzemními a dvěma podzemními podlažími. První nadzemní podlaží slouží jako kulturní a společenské centrum a horní dvě podlaží slouží jako úřad městské části. Součástí dokumentace je také tepelně technické posouzení obalových konstrukcí, předběžný statický výpočet, návrh založení a generel instalací TZB.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create project documentation for a building to the extent suitable for obtaining a building permit, with selected details of the building facade. The building is designed on the basis of an architectural study. It is a five-storey building with three above-ground and two underground floors. The first floor serves as a cultural and social center and the upper two floors serve as a town hall of the city district. The documentation also includes thermal calculations, preliminary static calculations of the load-bearing structures, design of the foundations and design of the technical building equipment.
