Stavebně technický průzkum Jindřichova dvora v Lázních Kyselka a návrh sanačních metod

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává stavebně technický průzkum a návrh sanací památkově chráněného objektu Jindřichův dvůr. Součástí stavebně technického průzkumu je pořízení rozsáhlé dokumentace a zakreslení stávajícího stavu objektu včetně zjištěných vad a poruch do schematické výkresové dokumentace. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány možné příčiny degradace a poruch, staticky posouzeny vybrané konstrukční prvky a je navržena úprava skladeb konstrukcí s ohledem na budoucí využití. Ve druhé části jsou shrnuty existující metody sanace vlhkosti a na základě výsledků stavebně technického průzkumu jsou navržena konkrétní sanační opatření pro obnovu Jindřichova dvora. Návrh sanace zohledňuje také památkovou hodnotu objektu. Navržené sanační úpravy jsou zakresleny ve schematické výkresové dokumentaci v příloze bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with a structural and technical survey of the listed building Jindřichův Dvůr and a design of remediation methods. The structural and technical survey including extensive photo documentation and drawing of the current state of the building together with the identified defects and failures was executed in first part of the thesis. Further, the possible causes of degradation and failures are analysed, the modification of the composition of structures with the respect to future use is designed and selected structural elements are checked for new load. The second part summarizes the existing methods of moisture remediation and based on the results of structural and technical survey specific remediation methods for the renewal of Jindřichův Dvůr are projected. The final remediation methods also take into account the historical value of the building and all designed building modifications are drawn in the schematic drawing documentation.
