Možnosti náhrady cementu síranovápenatými pojivy

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se autor zabývá možností náhrady cementu v cementových směsích síranovápenatými pojivy, konkrétně SORFIXem. Cílem práce je stanovit optimální množství náhrady cementu síranovápenatým pojivem SORFIX. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány vlastnosti jednotlivých komponentů. Na vzorcích normální konzistence s různým procentem náhrady cementu SORFIXem byly stanoveny doby tuhnutí a tvrdnutí a hodnoty objemové stálosti, u jednotlivých vzorků byly porovnávány hodnoty pevností v tahu za ohybu, pevností v tlaku, objemových změn, doby tuhnutí a tvrdnutí a vyhodnocení RTG analýzy. Závěr práce obsahuje i návrh na podrobnější dlouhodobé zkoumání vzorků s různým procentem náhrady cementu produktem SORFIX v betonech, zejména s ohledem na jeho mechanické vlastnosti, trvanlivost a oblasti použití.

In this bachelor's thesis, the author deals with the possibility of replacing cement in cement mixtures with calcium sulphate binders, specifically SORFIX. The aim of this work is to determine the optimal amount of cement replacement with calcium sulphate binder SORFIX. The theoretical part of this work describes the properties of individual components. The time of Solidification and hardening and volume stability values were determinate on samples of normal consistency with different percentages of SORFIX cement replacement, values of flexural tensile strength, compressive strength, volume changes, setting and hardening times and X-ray analysis were compared for individual samples. The conclusion of the thesis also contains a proposal for a more detailed long-term examination of samples with different percentages of cement replacement with SORFIX in concrete, especially with regard to its mechanical properties, durability and areas of use.
