Vztah systému větrání a klimatizace k šíření infekčních nemocí

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vztahem systémů větrání a klimatizace k šíření infekčních chorob. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak konkrétní parametry vnitřního prostředí ovlivňují přenos infekcí v prostoru. Byla provedena rešerše aktuálně dostupných zdrojů z celého světa, které se tímto tématem zabývají. Snahou bylo zmapovat možné přenosové cesty infekcí ve vztahu k větrání. V práci je rozebráno několik případů rozšíření nákaz v objektech s vazbou na vzduchotechniku a klimatizaci. Ze získaných informací byly zformulovány závěry v podobě praktických opatření, která lze pro omezení šíření infekcí zavést. Jsou to opatření návrhová i provozní pro různé druhy prostorů. Jako nejdůležitější opatření se ukázalo zvýšení intenzity větrání. V závěru práce je na dvou příkladech ilustrován přístup k návrhu větrání pro omezení šíření infekcí. Potvrdilo se, že systémy vzduchotechniky a klimatizace mohou ovlivnit šíření chorob aerosolem.

This thesis focuses on the relation of ventilation and air-conditioning systems to the transmission of infectious diseases. The goal was to find out how indoor conditions influence infection spread in the room. The research of currently accessible sources from all over the world, that deal with this topic was performed. The effort was made to survey possible ways of infection transmission in relation to ventilation. Few cases of infection spreading in buildings linked with air-conditioning were examined in this thesis. Conclusions from gained information were formulated in form of practical measures that can be applied to prevent the infection spread. Those are design and operational measures for diverse kinds of spaces. Increasing the ventilation rate was found out as the most important measure. There are two examples of approaches to the design of the ventilation in order to prevent infection spreading in the end of the thesis. It was confirmed that the air-conditioning systems may influence infection transmission by aerosols.
