Vila s vnitřním bazénem

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinné vily s vnitřním bazénem v obci Velká Dobrá ve Středočeském kraji. Práce je zaměřena na vypracování skladeb obalových a kompletačních konstrukcí včetně jejich tepelně technického posouzení a návrh vybraných stavebních detailů. Práce dále řeší stavebně konstrukční řešení a technické prostředí staveb. Stavba odpovídá moderní architektuře. Objekt má tvar písmene U. Obytná část má rozměry 24,4 x 10 m. Bazén má rozměry 20,5 x 6 m. Obytná část je zastřešena sedlovou střechou o sklonu 30° střešní krytina keramická taška Bramac Granát 11. Spojení obytné části a bazénu má plochou nepochozí vegetační střechu, která je výrazným prvkem objektu.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation for a building permit of a family villa with an indoor pool in the village of Velká Dobrá, which is located in the Central Bohemian Region. The thesis is focused on the elaboration of compositions of packaging and assembly structures including their thermal technical assessment and the design of selected construction details. The thesis also addresses the structural design solutions and the technical environment of buildings. The building corresponds to modern architecture. The building is shaped in a U. The living area has dimensions of 24.4 x 10 m. The swimming pool has dimensions of 20.5 x 6 m. The living area is covered by a saddle roof with a inclination of 30 ° and has roofing ceramic tiles Bramac Granát 11. The connection of the living area with the pool has a flat non-pedestrian vegetation roof, which is a significant element of the building.
