Hodnocení subjektivního vnímání bezpečnosti letecké dopravy pasažéry

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce “Hodnocení subjektivního vnímání bezpečnosti letecké dopravy pasažéry” je analýza současného stavu populačního vnímání bezpečnosti letecké dopravy prostřednictvím rozsáhlého dotazníkového šetření. Dílčím cílem je identifikování zásadních faktorů ovlivňující subjektivní bezpečnost jedince, využívající leteckou dopravu. První část práce se věnuje objektivní bezpečnosti, kde jsou uvedeny potřebné definice, statistické informace a současný přístup k řešení bezpečnosti z hlediska řízení nebezpečí a rizik. Druhou částí práce je shrnutí výsledků a poznatků z předchozích studií, které byli zaměřené na tuto problematiku. Analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření se zakládá na využití strojového učení k identifikaci nejdůležitějších faktorů a skutečností ovlivňujících subjektivní bezpečnost. Pomocí algoritmu rozhodovacího stromu bylo zjištěno, že informovanost o leteckých nehodách a špatné meteorologické podmínky mají největší vliv na subjektivní bezpečnost pasažéra.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis “Evaluation of Subjective Safety Perception in Air Transport by Passengers” is the analysis of the current state of the population’s perception of safety in air travel through an extensive questionnaire survey. A more specific goal is to identify fundamental factors affecting the subjective perception of safety of an individual using air transport. The first part of the thesis deals with objective safety, containing necessary definitions, statistical information and the current approach for safety solutions in terms of hazard and risk management. The second part of the thesis consists of a summary of findings and results from previous studies focused on this issue. The analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey is based on the use of machine learning to identify the most important factors and situations influencing subjective safety. Using the decision tree algorithm, it was found that the awareness of plane crashes or accidents and poor weather conditions have the greatest impact on the subjective perception of safety in air travel.
