Fluidní sušení biomasy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fluidním sušením. Popisuje typy sušek a vysvětluje problém sušení a sušení ve fluidní vrstvě. Další část popisuje různé typy fluidních sušáren. V experimentální části jsou vyhodnoceny fluidní charakteristiky měřených materiálů a teoretické vyhodnocení fluidních charakteristik pro vybrané materiály z biomasy. Nakonec je navržena nejvhodnější metoda pro fluidní sušení biomasy.

This diploma thesis deals with the concept of fluidized bed drying. It describes the types of dryers and the problem of drying and fluidized bed drying. Next part describes different types of fluidized dryers. In the experimental part, the fluidization characteristics for the measured materials and the theoretical evaluation of the fluidization characteristics for selected biomass materials are evaluated. Finally, the most suitable method of fluidized drying for biomass is proposed.
