Analýza mechanických vlastností porézních keramických pěn pro náhrady kostní tkáně při akcelerované degradaci

Abstract

Cílem této práce byla analýza mechanických vlastností porézních keramických pěn pro náhrady kostní tkáně při akcelerované degradaci. Pro tyto účely byla navržena metodika, pomocí níž lze zvolené mechanické vlastnosti klasifikovat. Experiment se skládal z tlakové zkoušky kalcium fosfátových vzorků exponovaných v médiu simulujícím osteoklastickou degradaci po dobu 10 min, 4 hod a 8 hod a doplněn o testování hmotnostních úbytků, mikroskopickou analýzu, stanovení koncentrace volných vápenatých iontů a měření pH média. Vyhodnocovanými parametry mechanických vlastností byly mez pevnosti, elastický gradient, absorbovaná energie, účinnost absorbování energie a práce do destrukce. Využitím statistických metod byla analyzována statistická významnost zjištěných odlišností.

The aim of this work was to analyze the mechanical properties of porous ceramic foams for bone tissue replacement during accelerated degradation. For this purpose, a methodology was proposed for classifying selected mechanical properties. An experiment was performed, consisting of a compression test of calcium phosphate samples exposed to the medium mimicking the osteoclastic degradation for 10 min, 4 h and 8 h. Then the weight loss was determined, a microscopic analysis was performed, and the free calcium ion release and the pH of the medium were determined. The ultimate strength in compression, elastic gradient, absorbed energy, energy absorption efficiency and work to fracture were the evaluated mechanical properties parameter. The statistical significance of the detected differences was analyzed by applying standard statistical procedures.
