Tvarování a orovnávání brousicích kotoučů z KNB a DIA.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tvarování a orovnávání brousicích kotoučů z kubického nitridu bóru a diamantu. V úvodní části jsou popsány fyzikální a chemické vlastnosti diamantu a kubického nitridu bóru. Dále jsou uvedeny vlastnosti brousicích nástrojů a jejich značení. Následují postupy výroby nástrojů ze supertvrdých materiálů a metody orovnávání kotoučů z tohoto brusiva. V závěru této práce jsou jednotlivé metody porovnány a zhodnoceny.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of shaping and dressing of grinding wheels made of cubic boron nitride and diamond. The introductory part describes the physical and chemical properties of diamond and cubic boron nitride. The properties of grinding tools and their system of marking are following. Thereinafter, the manufacturing processes of tools from superhard materials and methods of dressing wheels from these abrasives are described. At the end of the thesis, the methods are compared and evaluated.
