Diplomová práce „Integrace numerických simulací tváření do virtuálního procesu lisování a lemování plechů“ poskytuje náhled do problematiky výroby tenkých plechových komponent automobilové karosérie. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány základní tvářecí procesy, podmínky plasticity kovových materiálů či postup určení a vyhodnocení tvářitelnosti materiálu. Práce rovněž popisuje základní postup výroby výlisku z hlubokotažných ocelí a i jejich příslušné materiálové vlastnosti. Experimentální část zkoumá využití numerických simulací pro vizualizaci výrobního procesu jednotlivých plechových dílů a jejich následného spojení. Numerické simulace lisování zkoumají vliv koeficientu tření na výslednou kvalitu výlisku a vliv odpružení jednotlivých komponent na spojení a zalemování sestavy 5. dveří ŠKODA OCTAVIA IV. generace. Diploma thesis „Integration of numerical simulations of forming into the virtual process of metal sheet stamping and hemming“ grants an insight into the problematic surrounding the manufacturing of thin metal sheet components of the car body. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the fundamentals of forging processes, the yield criterion of steel materials and the methodical procedure of determining and evaluating material formability. The thesis also describes the basic procedure of manufacturing stamped parts from deep-drawable steels and their respective material properties. The experimental part examines the utilization of numerical simulations for the purpose of visualising the manufacturing process of individual stamped parts and their subsequent connecting. Numerical simulations of stamping are primarily focused on the influence of the friction coefficient on the final quality of stamped parts and the influence of springback of individual parts on the process of connecting and hemming the boot lid of the 4th generation ŠKODA OCTAVIA.
