Vliv přípravy svarových ploch a způsobu upnutí na deformace svarů vysokopevných ocelí

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem technologie svařování na výsledné deformace svařence. Pro hodnocení byla využita metoda MAG v kombinaci s konstrukční vysokopevnostní ocelí S960QL. Změnami v technologii svařování byl úhel rozevření svarových ploch, postup svařování a použití upínacích prostředků. V teoretické části je nejprve shrnuta základní charakteristika svařování tavící se elektrodou v aktivní ochranné atmosféře. Problematika svařování je zde popsána od fyzikální podstaty elektrického oblouku až po používané ochranné plyny. Teoretická část práce se dále zabývá popisem vysokopevnostních konstrukčních ocelí a jejich svařitelností. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je taktéž problematika deformací a přehled opatření, která vedou k minimalizaci deformací způsobených procesem svařování. V praktické části práce je zhodnocena účinnost zvolených způsobů minimalizace deformací na základě měření výsledných deformací svařených vzorků pomocí souřadnicového měřícího stroje.

This theses is focused on the influence of welding technology on the final deformation of used welded samples. High-performance steel of class S960QL used mainly in construction combined with MAG method were used for the purposes of testing and evaluation of obtained results. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic characteristics of metal active gas welding. The main issues of welding are described from physical point of electric arc to used shielding gases. The theoretical part is also focused on the characteristics description of high-performance construction steel and the main issues related to its weldability. Integral part of the thesis is the theory of deformation caused by welding and measures that lead to minimization of these deformations. The practical part of the thesis is related to efficiency evaluation of the measures that were chosen to minimize the impact of welding on the deformation of the samples material. Deformations of the samples were measured using a coordinate measuring machine.
