Geodetické kontrolní měření ve výstavbě a aplikace metod matematické statistiky

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá přehledem současného stavu problematiky geodetických kontrolních měření na pozemních komunikacích, integrací poznatků z technických norem a právních předpisů, aplikací metod matematické statistiky a ověřováním funkcí statistických přejímek při kontrole geometrické přesnosti silnic a dálnic. Práce se podrobně zabývá statistickou analýzou souborů skutečných odchylek nadmořských výšek na dálnici D3, úsek Mezno - Chotoviny. V první řadě byly ověřovány předpoklady pro statistickou analýzu dat pomocí testů homogenity a normality. Další část popisuje stavební objekt, kde probíhalo vlastní měření geometrických parametrů. Je také posouzena přesnost vytyčovací sítě, provedeny rozbory přesnosti před, při a po vlastním měření geometrických parametrů. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny způsoby grafického zpracování výsledků kontrolního měření pomocí 3D modelů. V závěru je navržen metodický pokyn pro kontrolní měření pozemních komunikací. Tento pokyn sleduje využívání správných metod při kontrole geometrických parametrů a je určen pro zlepšení a zrychlení kontrolních měření na dálnicích.

This dissertation thesis is focused on the problematic of the geodetic checking measurements on roads and overview of the current state of this problematic. The thesis further deals with an integration of the findings from technical standards and legal regulations, application of the methods of mathematical statistics as well as verifies the functions sof the ampling procedures for checking of the geometric accuracy for roads and highways.The thesis deals in details with statistical analysis of the sets of real altitude deviations on the highway D3 Mezno - Chotoviny. At the first, the requirements for statistical data analysis according to the tests of homogeneity and normality were verified. The next chapter describes the object, where measurement of the geometric parameters took place. The accuracy of the setting network and created tests of accuracies before, during and after actual measurement of the geometrical parameters were assesed in this charter as well. Further the thesis shows the 3D models including the results from the checking measurements as a possible method for the presentation of the research results. In conclusion chapter, the methodical guideline for checking measurement of roads is established. This guideline monitors using of the correct methods for checking geometrical parameters and was also established to improve and accelerate checking measurements on highways.
