Projekt bytového domu v Luhačovicích včetně stavbně-fyzikálního hodnocení

Abstract

Předmětem zpracování bakalářské práce je projekt bytového domu včetně stavebně fyzikálního hodnocení. Úvodní kapitola je věnována popisu stavebního objektu a pozemku, na kterém se objekt umisťuje. V další části této práce jsou popsány jednotlivé části objektu včetně materiálového řešení jednotlivých konstrukcí. Zbytek práce je věnován posouzení dílčích konstrukcí z hlediska stavební fyziky. V této poslední kapitole se věnuji posouzení obalových konstrukcí z hlediska jednorozměrného šíření tepla, posouzení stavebních detailů při dvourozměrném šíření tepla, návrhu dělicích konstrukcí na zajištění jejich zvukové izolace a ověření proslunění bytu a denního osvětlení v obytných místnostech.

The subject of the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis is the project of residential house including the building-physical evaluation. The introductory chapter is devoted to the description of the building and the land on which the building is located. The next part of this work describes the individual parts of the building, including the material solution of individual structures. The rest of the work is devoted to the assessment of partial structures in terms of building physics. In this last chapter I deal with the assessment of packaging structures in terms of one-dimensional heat dissipation, assessment of building details for two-dimensional heat dissipation, design of dividing structures to ensure their sound insulation and verification of the sunlight in an apartment and daylight in living rooms.
