Technologický postup rekonstrukce střechy Office Hybernská

Abstract

Autor se v této bakalářské práci zabývá návrhem technologického postupu při rekonstrukci střechy historického objektu v centu Prahy. Teoretická část je zaměřena úvodem do různých druhů střech. Dále se zaměřuje na architektonické slohy a na požadavky památkové péče při rekonstrukci. Praktická část se věnuje zhodnocení stávajícího stavu střechy ze 17. století a následně návrhu technologického postupu při její rekonstrukci, který je v souladu s požadavky památkové péče. V závěru práce je porovnání navrženého technologického postupu se skutečným provedením rekonstrukce.

In this bachelor's thesis, the author deals with the design of a technological process for the reconstruction of the roof of a historic building in the center of Prague. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction to different types of roofs. It also focuses on architectural styles and the requirements of monument care during reconstruction. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of the current state of the roof from the 17th century and then the design of the technological process of its reconstruction, which is in line with the requirements of monument care. At the end of the work is a comparison of the proposed technological process with the actual implementation of the reconstruction.
