Abstract

DP je komplexní urbanisticko – architektonický návrh lokality a areálu v katastrálním území Praha – Braník. Obsahuje dvě části, které byly řešeny po dobu dvou semestrů. V předdiplomním projektu byla řešena celá část vybraného polyfunkčního území. Práce se skládá z analytické a návrhové části. Pro uchopení problematiky obsahuje první díl potřebné analýzy a průzkumy a druhý prezentuje z nich vycházející urbanistický návrh zástavby (přestavby, dostavby a revitalizace), dopravy (motorové i nemotorové), zeleně a veřejných prostranství. Výsledkem je urbanistická a krajinářská koncepce, stanovené prostorové návaznosti vně a uvnitř území a funkční dělení, tvořící východisko pro další zpracování v diplomním projektu. V části diplomního projektu byla vybraná lokalita menšího měřítka – areál Branických ledáren. Na základě provedených analýz a průzkumů byla navržena jeho konverze a částečná dostavba. Práce řeší podrobný architektonický návrh všech budov a urbanistický návrh popisující řešení přilehlého veřejného prostranství včetně městského mobiliáře, povrchů a parterové zeleně. Obsahem je i řešení dopravní infrastruktury a inženýrských sítí včetně bilancí a propočtů.

This diploma thesis focuses on complex architectural and urbanistic design of the grounds in the cadastral territory Praha – Braník. The thesis consists of two parts which were carried out in two semesters. In the project before the diploma thesis, the whole polyfunctional area was dealt with. This part contains the analytical and design stage. Firstly, analysis and research were made followed by an urbanistic design of development (refurbishment, completion and revitalization), transportation (motor and non-motor), green area and public area. The result is an urbanistic and landscaping concept, spatial continuity in and out the area and functional division which creates a starting point for the following work of the diploma thesis. In the project of the diploma thesis, a location of a smaller scale was chosen – the area of Braník ice factory. Based on the undertaken analysis and research, conversion and completion of the grounds were designed. The thesis deals with a detailed architectural design of all objects and urbanistic design which describes the public space. There is also a calculation and balance of transport infrastructure and utilities within the area.
