Letištní terminál Hradec Králové

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh letištního terminálu v Hradci Králové. Jedná se o civilní letiště pro osobní dopravu, dimenzováno je na středně velká letadla (např. Boeing 737 nebo Airbus A320). Terminál se nachází severně od města v průmyslové oblasti, která má velký rozvojový potenciál (podpořený i novým územním plánem). Letištní terminál tak bude součástí nově vzniklé polyfunkční čtvrti. Hmotové řešení budovy je inspirováno samotným letectvím. Hlavní křivka určující tvar budovy se nazývá „airfoil“. Význam tohoto slova nemá v češtině přesný překlad. Airfoil lze ale volně vysvětlit jako řez aerodynamickou hmotou. Tvar budovy tak připomíná řez křídlem letadla či turbínou. Na tento technický odkaz navazuje i materiálové řešení, které je poměrně netypické. Celá konstrukce je opláštěna falcovanými fasádními šindeli PREFA v barevném provedení přírodního hliníku.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an airport terminal in Hradec Králové. It is a civil terminal which will be used for transportation of passengers. Dimensions of the building are given by the size of the airplanes - the terminal is designed for medium airplanes such as Boeing 737 or Airbus A320. The airport terminal is located to the north of the city in the industrial area. This area has a big potential for development. The airport terminal will be a part of the new multipurpose quarter. The shape of the building is based on a curve which is typical for an aerospace industry. The curve is called airfoil and it is the cross-sectional shape of a wing, a blade or a turbine. It is an aerodynamic shape. The appearance of the building is referring to the aviation industry and this reference is highlighted by the sheating of the whole construction. The top layer of the facade structure is made of facade shingles with aluminium surface working. That gives the building an unusual and interesting look.
