Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie konverzi stávající hospody na spolkový dům a rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu včetně vybraných částí z dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Pozemek je zadán v obci Zvěřínek v okrese Nymburk, kraj středočeský. Kompozice hmot areálu domu je navržena s důrazem na vytvoření selského dvora, který daný pozemek nabízí vzhledem k tomu že je obklopen ze všech stran silnicemi. Umístění domu na parcele je zvolené tak, aby uživatelům rodinného domu byly k dispozici dvě části zahrady, jedna soukromá a druhá společenská, orientována do vnitřního dvora. K stávající budově hospody je zavřené přidání přístavby, kde jsou umístěny záchody a knihovna. Vedlejší stávající budova se záchody a grilem je nahrazena novým objektem. Sjednocení těchto dvou budov je zajištěno přidanou dřevěnou pergolou která je umístěna po celé délce stávající budovy hospody a nově navrženého grilu. Objekt rodinného domu se skládá z dvou hmot, jedna (hlavní obytnáčást) je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepená se sedlovou střechou, druhá (krytá garáž a zahradní místnost) je jednopodlažní, nepodsklepený s plochou vegetační střechou.

This bachelor's thesis topic is the elaboration of an architectural study of the conversion of an existing pub into a federal house and a family house for a family of four, including selected parts of the documentation for the construction. The land is entered in the village Zvěřínek in the district Nymburk, Central Bohemia. The composition of the house's materials is designed with an emphasis on the creation of a farmyard, which offers the land since roads surround it. The location of the house on the plot is chosen so that the users of the family house have two parts of the garden, one private and the other social, oriented to the inner courtyard. The addition of an outbuilding, where the toilets and the library are located, is closed to the existing pub building. A new building replaces the adjoining existing building with toilets and barbecues. The unification of these two buildings is ensured by the added wooden pergola, which is located along the entire length of the existing pub building and the newly designed grille. The family house consists of two elements: one (main living area), two-story, no basement with a gabled roof, the other (covered garage and garden room), one-story, no basement with a flat vegetation roof.
