Stavebně technologický projekt - Autosalon Čestlice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a plánováním stavby autosalonu. Autor se zabývá prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturou výstavby objektu. Cílem je navržení optimálního řešení procesu výstavby a minimalizování časových prodlev při nasazení ideálního počtu pracovníků a strojů. Součástí práce je návrh zařízení staveniště pro čtyři fáze výstavby. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout výstavbu objektu v plynulé časové posloupnosti a optimálním nasazení pracovníků a strojů. Seminární část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na varianty urychlení procesu výstavby u konkrétní novostavby Autosalon – Čestlice.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and planning of the construction of a car showroom. The author deals with the spatial, technological and temporal structure of the construction of the building. The aim is to design an optimal solution for the construction process and minimize time delays in the deployment of the ideal number of workers and machines. Part of the work is the design of construction site equipment for four phases of construction. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design the construction of the building in a continuous time sequence and the optimal deployment of workers and machines. The seminar part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on variants of accelerating the construction process in a specific new building Autosalon – Čestlice.
