Rodinný dům

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domů v Praze v městské čtvrti Dejvice. Součásti práce je vypracování architektonické studie a vybrané části projektu na úrovni dokumentace stavebního povolení. Řešený pozemek se nachází v severozápadní části Prahy v klidné obytné zóně s výhledem na Pražský hrad. V okolí objektu se nachází primárně rodinné domy. Záměrem práce bylo využit klidnou a zelenou lokalitu a vytvořit atmosféru komfortního místa pro život. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na zajišťování pohodlného bydlení pro velkou rodinu a zároveň zachování funkčnosti a útulnosti. Také byla respektována poloha pozemku a uvažována schopnost rodinného domu přizpůsobit se požadavkům několika generací. Stavba se skládá ze dvou jednotek, které mohou fungovat jako celek nebo samostatně s možností propojení. Přesto má dům jednotný vzhled a moderní formu, která kombinuje dynamiku a pravidelnost.

The purpose of the bachelor project is the design of a family house in Prague in the Dejvice district. Part of the work is the elaboration of an architectural study and selected parts of the project at the level of building permit documentation. The plot is located in the north-western part of Prague in a quiet residential area overlooking Prague Castle. In the vicinity of the building there are primarily family houses. The aim of the work was to use a quiet and green location and create an atmosphere of a comfortable place to live. During the design, emphasis was placed on providing comfortable living for a large family while maintaining functionality and coziness. The location of the land was also respected and the ability of the family house to adapt to the requirements of several generations was considered. The building consists of two units that can function as a whole or separately with the possibility of interconnection. Nevertheless, the house has a uniform appearance and a modern form that combines dynamism and regularity.
