Abstract

Hlavním smyslem této diplomové práce je ukázat možnou cestu řešení současného problému panelových sídlišť na okrajích velkých měst. Ukázat budoucí proměnu těchto míst v prostory s jedinečnou atmosférou. Myšlenka je založena na oživování místa, kdy vnesené funkce využívají dobrou dostupnost, hustotu zalidnění a na oplátku prostoru nabízí rozšířené možnosti využití volného času ke zvýšení sociální úrovně společnosti a osobního růstu místních obyvatel. Navržená stavba v sobě spojuje více funkcí, co nejsou běžné. Kromě funkce divadla zde najdeme i funkci sportovní, dětský koutek či prostory pro stravování. To vše na základě analýzy okolí. Divadlo je navržené tak, aby umožňovalo trávení volného času v průběhu celého dne. Lidé jdou z práce domů a po cestě je nic nečeká. Dle Maslovy pyramidy lidských potřeb budova nabízí možnosti seberealizace i uznání. Zvyšuje tak kvalitu života místních obyvatel. Divadlo je navržené jako organická forma vody, která oživuje okolní prostor. Přimo navazuje na Slunečné náměstí. Dále reaguje na protější radnici, se kterou vytváří osu alegorie. Nabízí možnosti osobního růstu i odpočinku.

The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to show a possible way how to solve the current problems of panel housing at the edge of large cities. Show the transformation of these places into spaces with unique atmosphere. The idea is established to revitalize the place, where is possible to take good traffic availability, population density and returns back more opportunities to use free time to increase the social level and personal growth of local people. The proposed construction combines several functions which are not common. In addition to the theater function can be seen a sports function, a children’s corner or dining areas. All this based on an analysis of the environment. The theater is designed to allow leisure time throughout the day. People go home from work and nothing awaits them along the way. According to Masl’s pyramid of human needs, the building offers opportunities for self-realization and recognition. It will increase the quality of resident’s life. The theatre is designed as an organic form of water that relives the surrounding space. It is directly connected to the Sunny square. Building also reacts to the opposite town hall and together it creates the axis of the allegory. It offers opportunities for personal growth and relaxation.
