Abstrakt

Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací a dostavbou území rekreačního areálu Houšťka v Brandýse nad Labem - Staré Boleslavi. Primární snahou diplomové práce je obnovení zaniklé historické, kulturní a architektonické hodnoty území a to formou návrhu, jenž podpoří sportovně - rekreační charakter daného místa a zdůrazní jeho potenciál. Řešeny jsou širší souvislosti lokality, možnost vstupu do území i propojení oddělených částí obcí Staré Boleslavi a Brandýsa nad Labem. Hlavní částí práce je podrobný návrh sportovně - rekreačního areálu, návrh nových objektů a veřejných prostranství, vyřešen je i způsob dopravy do území a pohyb v něm.

This thesis deals with the revitalization and completion of the Houšťka recreational area in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. Primary aim of the thesis is to restore currently defunctional historical, cultural and architectural value of the area in the form of a design that will support the sports and recreational character of the place and emphasize its potential. The broader context of the locality, the possibility of entering the area and the connection of separate parts of the village of Stará Boleslav with Brandýs nad Labem are resolved. Main part of the work is focused on a detailed design of sports/recreational area - design of new buildings and public spaces, the method of transport to the territory and movement in it.
