CHRUDIM - Studie transformace území areálu EVONY

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie transformace oblasti areálu textilní továrny Evona v Chrudimi a přilehlých veřejných prostranství. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu území a následné navržení nového využití území, které respektuje prostorové a funkční vztahy města. Samotné diplomové práci předcházela komplexní urbanistická studie jihozápadní části města. Základní myšlenkou mého návrhu je plnohodnotné propojení nádraží s městem a vytvoření multifunkční městské čtvrti s možností pracovních příležitostí. Dále se diplomová práce soustředí na detailnější zpracování vybraného veřejného prostoru. Součástí práce je také návrh prvků mobiliáře a zeleně, koncepce technické a dopravní infrastruktury.

The subject of this project is an urban study on the transformation of the area of the Evona textile mill in Chrudim, Eastern Bohemia, including surrounding public spaces. The aim of this study is to propose a new use for the area, which will respect existing spatial and traffic relations. The diploma project itself was preceded by a complex urban study of the southwest of Chrudim. The main idea of the study is to outline a fully working connection between the railway station and the rest of the town, creating a new multifunctional urban district with employment opportunities. A detailed design of a newly created public space was also outlined. Overall, this study comprises an analysis of the design of elements of urban furniture and greenery as well as a concept for technical and transport infrastructure.
