Regenerace areálu Horních kasáren Klecany: Městský blok

Abstract

ABSTRAKT V diplomové práci byl rozvíjen objekt městského bloku, pro který byly inspirací městské domy z počátku dvacátého stolení. Projekt reaguje na současná urbanistická omezení satelitní obcí kolem velkých měst, kde se urbanismus omezuje pouze na dopravu a nenabízí atraktivní věřejný prostor. Návrh je alternativou k satelitním rodinným domům, poskytuje stejnou kvalitu bydlení doplněnou o udržitelný životní styl, městský život, frekventovanou MHD, dostupnou přírodu a kvalitní věřejný prostor. Projekt regenerace areálu Horních kasáren Klecany představuje obnovu území bývalých kasáren a vytvoření plnohodnotného pulzujícího maloměstského života. Jedná se o architektonicko-urbanistický návrh, který reaguje na problémy menších měst a vesnic v okolí metropolí. Mezi silné prvky návrhu patří kvalitní věřejný prostor v podobě náměstí a občanské vybavenost v parteru, promyšlený urbanismus, který navázuje na stávající urbánní síť, vyvážená náplň objektů a především dostatek zeleně ve dvou parkových diagonálách. Začátek diplomové práce se věnuje urbanistickému návrhu z předdiplomního projektu. Následuje návrhová část, která pojednává o návrhu městského bloku. Návrh je prezentován ve formě výkresů a následně ve vizualizacích, jak z interiéru tak z exteriéru. Další částí diplomové práce je technická část návrhu, která začíná průvodní a souhrannou technickou zprávou a dále nalezneme výsek z technických výkresů. Zbytek diplomové práce je tvořen energetickou části, která bilancuje energetickou náročnost objektu, statickou částí, kde najdeme základní výpočty a návrh konstrukčního systému. Částí technické zařízení budov, kde jsou schémata jednotlivých systému a v poslední řadě požárně bezpečností řešení návrhu.

ABSTRACT In the diploma thesis, the building of the city block was developed, which was inspired by the city houses from the beginning of the twentieth century. The project responds to the current urban constraints of satellite communities around large cities, where urban planning is limited to traffic and does not offer attractive public space. The design is an alternative to satellite family houses, providing the same quality of housing complemented by a sustainable lifestyle, urban life, busy public transport, affordable nature and quality public space. The project of regeneration of the Klečany Upper Barracks complex represents the renewal of the territory of the former barracks and the creation of a full-fledged vibrant small-town life. It is an architectural-urban design that responds to the problems of smaller towns and villages around metropolises. Strong elements of the design include high-quality public space in the form of a square and civic amenities on the ground floor, well-thought-out urbanism, which builds on the existing urban network, a balanced content of buildings and, above all, plenty of greenery in two park diagonals. The beginning of the diploma thesis is devoted to the urban design from the undergraduate project. The following is the design part, which deals with the design of the city block. The design is presented in the form of drawings and then in visualizations, both from the interior and the exterior. Another part of the diploma thesis is the technical part of the design, which begins with an accompanying and interim technical report and we also find a section of technical drawings. The rest of the diploma thesis consists of the energy part, which balances the energy intensity of the building, the static part, where we find the basic calculations and design of the structural system. Part of the technical equipment of buildings, where there are diagrams of individual systems and, last but not least, fire safety design solutions.
