Podnikatelský plán pro lom ve vlastnictví stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podrobného podnikatelského plánu pro stavební firmu sloužícího k identifikaci optimálního ekonomického využití nově odkoupeného lomu. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo navržením plánu procesů, které zde budou probíhat a stanovením postupu výpočtu nákladů na zakázku. Dále byly vytvořeny analýzy podnikatelského plánu po stránce legislativní, finanční a z pohledu prostředí. Tato práce bude společnosti odevzdána a v budoucnu využita.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create an elaborate business plan for a construction company, which identifies the optimal economical use of a newly acquired quarry. The goal is achieved through the proposal of diverse processes taking place in the quarry and establishing formulas for the calculation of commission costs. Furthermore, an analysis of the business plan from the viewpoints of legislation, finances, and the environment. The business plan will be provided to the company and used in the future.
