V této práci je popsána teorie, zapojení a vlastnosti DC/DC měničů včetně měničů pracujících s velmi nízkým vstupním napětím. Praktickou částí této práce je návrh, realizace a testování DC/DC měniče napětí schopného pracovat s velmi nízkým vstupním napětím a maximalizovat tak využití akumulované energie v superkondenzátoru. Tento měnič bude určen k napájení bílé LED. Měnič bude použit i pro výukové účely. This thesis describes theory, schematics and characteristics of DC/DC converters including converters working with very low input voltages. Practical part of this thesis consists of designing, creating and measuring a DC/DC converter capable of working with a very low input voltage to maximize the use of accumulated energy in a supercapacitor. This converter is determined for powering a white LED. The converter may be used for teaching purposes.
