Abstract

Cieľom práce je pretvorenie Kubánskeho námestia, ktoré oplýva nevyužitým potenciálom lokáleho centra. Návrh má za cieľ využitie súčasných kvalít, modernizácu verejnej plochy a parku a doplnenie priestoru o novú budovu ÚMČ Praha 10. Radnica bude bodom, ktorý na námestie prinesie ruch a bude tvoriť administratívne a spoločenské centrum komunity.

The aim of the thesis is to rebuild the Cuban Square, which has unused potential of becoming a local center. The aim of the proposal is to use the current qualities, modernize the public area and the park and to place there the new building of the Prague 10 City Hall. The City hall will be a point that will bring a activity to the square and will form the administrative and social center of the community.
