Způsoby detekce pozice letadel na vyčkávacích místech RWY

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a popis metod, kterými lze detekovat pozice letadel v případě, kdy posádka neobdrží povolení k nájezdu na dráhu již v průběhu pojíždění a musí tedy zastavit na vyčkávacím místě dráhy a stát, dokud jej neobdrží. V první části práce je popsána problematika letadel při vyčkávání na vzlet z křižovatky a je vymezen základní rámec legislativy s tím související. Následující část je zaměřena na popis a zobrazení modelové situace popsaného problému. Modelová situace je vytvořena na základě průměrné minimální vzdálenosti os pojezdových drah od vyčkávacího místa na vybraných letištích v Evropě. V další části jsou popsány technické možnosti, kterými lze dosáhnout řešení dané problematiky a následné vyhodnocení použitelnosti jednotlivých řešení v reálném provozu na letišti. Poslední část práce nabízí návrh řešení uvedené modelové situace s využitím technologie, která byla vyhodnocena jako nejvhodnější v předchozí části práce.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose and describe methods, which are able to detect aicraft positions in such cases, when the aircraft crew does not receive a permit to line up while taxiing, and is therefore obliged to stop at a holding point and remain there until the aircraft obtains the permit. The 1st section of the thesis describes the matter of airplanes waiting for the line up at a cross-section holding point and outlines the basic scope of the related legislation. The following part is focused on the description and a graphic demonstration of the issue. The situation model has been made according to the average distance of the taxiway centerlines from the holding points on selected airports in Europe. The next section defines technical possibilites, with which it may be feasible to create a solution of the issue, including the applicability evaluation of the individual solutions in the real-life traffic on the airport. The last part of the thesis offers a suggestion of the solution, which is projected on a situation model, using the technology which was classified as the most suitable in the preceding part of the thesis.
