Konstrukční návrh pohonu mostového jeřábu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh zdvihového mechanismu mostového jeřábu. Teoretická část práce je věnována rozdělení jeřábů, popisu jednotlivých prvků a základním konstrukčním řešením. V analytické části je proveden samotný návrh zdvihového mechanismu, včetně návrhu pojezdových kol a zjednodušeného návrhu rámu jeřábové kočky. Na základě těchto výpočtů byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace soustavy pohonu.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of the lifting mechanism of the overhead crane. The theoretical part is devoted to the division of cranes, description of individual elements and basic design solution. In the analytical part, the design of the lifting mechanism is carried out, including the design of the traveling wheels and the simplified design of the crane cat frame. Based on these calculations was created the drawing documentation of the drive system.
