Vliv Mg částic v matrici organických nátěrových hmot na abrazivní odolnost povlaků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou otěruvzdorných nátěrových hmot a vlivu hořčíkových částic na jejich otěruvzdorné vlastnosti. Cílem práce je porovnání vlastností Mg pigmentovaných a konvenčních nátěrových systémů. Experiment se skládá z korozních zkoušek, zkoušek přilnavosti před a po expozici v umělých atmosférách a zkoušek otěruvzdornosti.

This thesis concerns itself with the issue of abrasion resistant paints and the influence of Mg particles in the matrix of organic paints on its abrasion resistence properties. The aim of this thesis is comparison of Mg pigmented paints abrasion resistence properties with conventionaly used abrasion resistant paints. The experiment consists of corrosion tests in simulated atmospheres, adhesion tests prior and after exposure in simulated atmospheres and abrasion resistence tests.
