Návrh dávkovacího zařízení pro aplikaci dvousložkového lepidla

Abstract

První část práce se věnuje problematice volby vhodných adhesiv pro lepení plastů a rešerši možných lepidel a dávkovacích zařízení vyskytujících se na trhu. Druhá část se zabývá vlastním návrhem a konstrukcí dávkovacího zařízení s využitím znalostí z první části. Dokumentuje proces návrhu a vysvětluje princip fungování celé sestavy a detailněji popisuje jednotlivé dílce. V další části jsou uvedeny potřebné výpočty, napěťové a deformační analýzy metodou konečných prvků. V závěru je práce zhodnocena a doplněna o další možné úpravy.

The first part of the thesis focuses on the choice of suitable adhesives for bonding plastics and on the research of possible adhesives and dispensing devices that appear on the market. The second part deals with the design and construction of a dosing device using the knowledge found in the first part. The design process is documented and the functioning of the entire assembly is explained. The individual components are also described in more detail. In the next part, the necessary calculations and stress and strain analyses using the finite element method are presented. In the conclusion, the work is evaluated and other possible adjustments are suggested.
