Abstract

Anotace Stavebně technologický projekt - Bytový dům, Terasy Mlýnská Obsahem bakalářské práce je řešení stavebně technologického projektu novostavby bytového domu Terasy Mlýnská ve Strakonicích. Autor se zde zabývá posouzením úplnosti a správnosti předané projektové dokumentace. Na základě toho zpracovává prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturu výstavby objektu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navržení optimálního řešení výstavby v ideální časové posloupnosti, bez zbytečných časových prodlev a ideálního nasazení počtu pracovníků a strojů. Součástí práce je návrh zařízení staveniště pro čtyři fáze výstavby a 2 technologické postupy na daný proces.

Annotation Construction Technology Project - Residential Building, Mlýnská Terraces The content of this bachelor thesis is the solution of the construction technology project of the new residential building called Mlýnská Terraces in the town of Strakonice. The author deals with the assessment of completeness and correctness of the submitted project documentation. Based on this, he processes the spatial, technological and time structure of the building. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design an optimal construction solution in an ideal time sequence and without any unnecessary time delays and ideal deployment of the number of workers and machines. Part of the thesis is the design of construction site equipment for four stages of construction and two technological procedures for the given process.
