Bytový dům se nachází v ulici Palackého v Praze, Nové Město. Dům má 1 podzemní podlaží a 7 nadzemních podlaží. V 1.NP se nachází vstupní prostory, kočárkárna, vjezd do automatizovaného auto zakladače, dvorek a malý komerční prostor. Ve 2.NP se nachází kanceláře, od 3.NP už jen byty.
