Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí roubené chalupy nacházející se ve vesnici Lhotka, části obce Zlatá Olešnice, v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou. Práce je zaměřena na vypracování zjednodušeného plánu rekonstrukce podle stavebního zaměření, stavebně technického a historického průzkumu a volby oprav poškozených částí stavby. Cílem práce je analyzovat poruchy, navrhnout jejich vhodné řešení a vypracovat plán postupu práce.

The thesis deals with refurbishment of timbered Cottage, located in the dorp of Lhotka, part of the village Zlatá Olešnice, in Jablonec nad Nisou district. The thesis is focused on simplified plan processing of reconstruction by measuring construction, construction-technical and historical research and choosing of repairing damaged parts of the building. The goal of this thesis is to analyse disturbances, suggest appropriate solution and make a work plan.
