Abstract

Účelem práce je nalezení optimálního řešení při rekonstrukci historického chalupy na Šumavě. Bude proveden technický průzkum, jehož výsledkem bude výkresová dokumentace stávajícího stavu, popis identifikovaných konstrukcí. Následuje analýza stavu a hledání vhodných sanačních opatření. Výstupem pak bude projektová dokumentace, technická zpráva, a vyprané technologické postupy popisující budoucí stavební operace.

The goal of my thesis is to find an optimal solution for the renovation of a historical house in location Šumava. The technical survey will be executed first. Results of the survey will be the following: Drawings of the current state of structures, written description of the current state of structures. Based on results there will be an analysis of the current state followed by the searching for suitable renovation design . As a final result will be presented drawings of the new design, technical report and selected technical regulations.
