Membránové zastřešení kluziště s podpůrnou ocelovou konstrukcí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá statickým a konstrukčním návrhem membránového zastřešení s podpůrnou ocelovou konstrukcí nad plochou kluziště. Návrh velkorozponového zastřešení je řešen dvěma hlavními membránami a jednou doplňkovou, která tvoří tzv. hřbet konstrukce. Páteř konstrukce tvoří prostorový příhradový ocelový oblouk s rozpětím v patách 59,9 m a vzepětím 13,4 m, na který je kotvena předepnutá membránová konstrukce. Konstrukce je symetrická dle obou os. Dolní cípy membrány jsou kotveny do pěti trojnožek a do objektu zázemí kluziště. Trojnožky jsou tvořeny ocelovým sloupem a dvojicí kotevních lan. Ocelová konstrukce je se spodní stavbou spojena čepovými spoji. Byl proveden návrh všech nosných prvků konstrukce a následně byly navrženy vybrané detaily včetně spojení membrány s ocelovou konstrukcí. Součástí předložené práce je rovněž výkresová dokumentace a technická zpráva.

The topic of the master thesis is a design of a steel and membrane roofing of the ice rink. It includes structural analysis of the structure as well as the structural drawings. The design of the large span structure consists of two main membranes and one complementary membrane which creates a ridge of the structure. The main structure is designed as a spatial truss steel arch with the 59,9 m span and the 13,4 m rise. The prestressed membrane structure is anchored to this truss. The structure is symmetrical to both axes. Five lower points of membranes are anchored to the concrete building. Another five points of membranes are anchored to the structure which is combined of one steel column and two anchoring cables. The steel structure is connected to the concrete foundations by pin joints. The structural design of all supporting elements and the bracing system was performed. Afterwards, the design of the details was done, including the connection of the membrane and steel structure. At the end, the drawing documentation and the technical report were prepared.
