Ledárny Braník

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní urbanisticko-architektonickou studií zástavby jihozápadní části katastrálního území Prahy 4, Braníku. Obsahem předdiplomního projektu jsou průzkumy, analýzy a následný návrh studie zástavby, kde jsou zohledněny prostorové a funkční vztahy v rámci tohoto transformovaného území, a to včetně nového funkčního využití průmyslových areálů ledáren a pivovaru. Součástí diplomního projektu je detailnější návrh konverze a dostavby bývalých Branických ledáren s řešením parteru celého areálu a pěší třídy. Návrh ukazuje jednu z možných variant dostavby a využití území ve vazbě na břeh řeky Vltavy s důrazem na prostupnost území. Součástí výsledného návrhu je výběr městského mobiliáře, osvětlení, povrchů a parterové zeleně. Dále je pak detailněji řešena doprava v klidu a inženýrská infrastruktura.

This diploma thesis is komplex urban and architectural study of redevelopment of southwest part of the cadastral territory Praha 4, Braník. The pre-diploma thesis explored and analysed the area and proposed new urban plan with respect to spacial and functional relations in the transformed area including the new functional use of the industrial site of the former icehouse and brewery. This thesis designs the conversion of the former Braník icehouses in more detail including the design of the surrounding public spaces. The thesis proposes one of the possible solutions embracing the connection to the river Vltava bank with emphasis on walkability throughout the area. Study includes design of public space furniture, lightning, surface materials and greenery for the area. In adition the parking and technical infrastructure is explored in detail.
