Současný stav historického odvodňovacího a odvětrávacího systému Plaského kláštera

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou provedených oprav a aktuálního stavu odvodňovacího a odvětrávacího systému objektu konventu kláštera Plasy a jejich vyhodnocením. V rámci zpracování bakalářské práce byla provedena rešerše historických podkladů plaského kláštera. Historický odvodňovací a odvětrávací systém konventu v Plasech je detailně popsán na základě výsledků dlouhodobého terénního průzkumu. Průzkum in situ je doplněn o monitoring parametrů vnitřního prostředí (měření teploty a relativní vlhkosti vzduchu) v prostoru severního signálního zrcadla, neboť větrání objektu je nyní jedním z nejdůležitějších opatření. Současně byly analyzovány v minulosti provedené nevhodné zásahy, zejména aplikace chemických clon. V nemocničním křídle kláštera byly ze zdiva odebrány vzorky stavebního materiálu pro laboratorní analýzu - vysoký stupeň zasolení zdiva potvrdil velmi nepříznivý vliv injektáže na stav zdiva, zejména chemickou degradaci pískovcového soklu. Na závěr práce je provedena analýza biodegradace dřevěné konstrukce schodiště a doporučení pro další opatření v rámci rehabilitace celého konventu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of performed repairs and the current state of historic drainage and ventilation system of the Plasy convent and their evaluation. Within the framework of the thesis, the historical background data of the Plasy monastery were searched. The historical drainage and ventilation system of the Plasy monastery is described in detail based on the results of a long-term field and structural survey. The in situ survey is supplemented by monitoring of the indoor environment parameters (temperature and relative humidity measurement) in the northern signal mirror area, as the ventilation of the building is currently one of the most important measures. At the same time, unsuitable interventions, in particular the application of chemical barrier, were analysed. In the hospital wing of the monastery, samples of building material were taken from the masonry for laboratory analysis - a high degree of salinization confirmed unfavourable impact of grouting on masonry conditions and the chemical degradation of the sandstone plinth. At the end of the thesis, an analysis of the biodegradation of the wooden staircase structure was carried out and recommendations for further measures in the framework of the rehabilitation of the whole convent are made.
