Návrh bytového domu se zaměřením na stavební fyziku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu se zaměřením na stavební fyziku. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh stavebních konstrukcí tak, aby splňovaly doporučené požadavky dle norem. Jsou posuzovány faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují kvalitu bydlení v bytech a energetickou náročnost objektu - tepelná technika, akustika, proslunění a denní osvětlení. Také je proveden návrh konstrukčního systému objektu a předběžné statické posouzení nosných prvků. V části tepelná technika je hodnoceno šíření vlhkosti a součinitel prostupu tepla obalových konstrukcí. V další části je posuzována akustika z hlediska vzduchové a kročejové neprůzvučnosti dělících konstrukcí. Proslunění a denní osvětlení je počítáno v kritických bytech a místnostech. Výsledné hodnoty jsou porovnány s normovými požadavky a v nevyhovujících případech jsou navrženy takové stavební úpravy, aby byly výsledky vyhovující.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a residential building with a focus on building physics. The main goal of the thesis is to design building structures to meet the recommended standards. The factors that the most influence the quality of living in the flats and the energy intensity of the building are assessed - thermal protection, acoustics, insolation and daylighting. Also, the design of the structural system of the object and the preliminary static assessment of the supporting elements are executed. In the part of thermal protection, the moisture spread and heat transfer coefficient of the packaging structures are evaluated. In the next part the acoustics is assessed in terms of airborne and impact sound of the dividing structures. Insolation and daylighting are calculated in critical flats and rooms. The resulting values are compared with the standard requirements and in the case of unsatisfactory cases, such structure modifications are designed to make the results satisfactory.
