Dům s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování energetické koncepce domu s pečovatelskou službou v různých variantách zdrojů tepla, větrání a použití obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Pro posouzení energetické náročnosti budovy je navrženo 9 variant. Na základě množství neobnovitelné primární energie, množství dodané energie a finančních nákladů je vybrána optimální varianta, pro kterou je zpracována projektová dokumentace v úrovni pro stavební povolení s rozšířením o detaily.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the energy concept of a nursing home in various variants of heat sources, ventilation and use of renewable energy sources. 9 variants are proposed to assess the energy performance of the building. The optimal possibility is selected on the basis of the amount of non-renewable primary energy, the amount of energy supplied and the financial costs. A project documentation for this optimal option is prepared at the level for the building permit with details.
