Energeticky úsporný dům Pasohlávky

Abstract

Cílem zadané bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci ke stavebnímu povolení pro rodinný dům dle architektonické studie a sepsání rešerše k tématu zelených fasád. Dokumentace je tvořena stavební částí doplněnou o 5 detailů, statickou částí tvořenou předběžným návrhem nosných prvků a výkresy tvaru a částí TZB se základním návrhem a řešením systémů TZB. Pro rodinný dům jsou navrženy 4 typy stavebně-technických řešení obálky dle pasivního standardu. Nejlépe hodnocená varianta je dále použita v projektu.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is draw up the contract documents for planning permission of the detached house by the project design and write the study about vertical gardens. The contract documents consist of the building project – complement by five detail drawings, static part – consist of pre-design of load-bearing structural elements and drawings, and part building services with basic design and solution of ulity services. For the project is design four types of solution for peripheral walls and facade according to passive standart. The greatest solution has been used in contract documents.
