Projekt rodinného domu v Srbíně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem rodinného domu, který je řešen v pasivním standardu. Součástí bakalářské práce je úvodní rešerše k tématu pasivního domu, ve které je zahrnuta koncepce návrhu a odlišnosti od "běžné zástavby". Nejprve byl navržen konstrukční systém a skladby konstrukcí ve 2 variantách, že kterých je pak vybrána jedna a ta bude dále použita ve výkresové části této bakalářské práce. Všechny skladby konstrukcí jsou vyhodnoceny v programu Teplo 2017 EDU. Skladby jsou porovnány z hlediska svých tlouštěk, cen a enviromentálních vlastností. Následně je vypracována projektová dokumentace podle studie. Projektová dokumentace je vypracována v rozsahu pro stavební povolení včetně vybraných částí ze stavebně konstrukčního řešení a technického zařízení budovy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of the family house, which is solved in passive standard. Part of this bachelor's thesis is introductory research on topic of the passive house, which includes conception of design and differences from "common building". The construction system and the structures of the construction in 2 variants was designed at first. Then I chose one of the variants of structures of construction and it will be used in the drawing part of this bachelor thesis. All of structures are evaluated in a program called Teplo 2017 EDU. All structures are compared in their's thickness, prices and enviromental properties. Subsequently, the project documentation is drawn up according to the study. The project documentation is drawn up within the range for building permit including selected parts of the structural design solution and technical equipment of buildings.
