Projekt bytového domu White Gray Rezidence

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování vybraných částí dokumentace bytového domu o 4 nadzemních a 1 podzemním podlaží pro stavební povolení. V domě je 14 bytových jednotek v nadzemních podlažích a prostor pro parkování v podzemním podlaží. Veškeré nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonový monolit, tyto konstrukce jsou navrhnuty v předběžném statickém výpočtu. Důraz je kladen hlavně na komplexní konstrukční řešení budovy a řešení stavebních detailů. Tyto detaily a další části budovy jsou podrobněji posouzeny z hlediska stavební fyziky.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is processing particular parts of documentation for a building permit of a residential building. The building has 4 above the ground floors and one underground floor. In the building there are 14 apartments and a parking lot in the underground floor. All of the load bearing constructions are made from a reinforced concrete, these constructions are designed in preliminary static calculations. The emphasis is mainly on complex construction solutions of the building and on solution of details found on the building. These details and other parts of the building are part of more intense analysis in terms of building physics.
