Krytá jízdárna a ustájení koní – Čihadla, Praha 14

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh kryté jezdecké haly volnočasového areálu Čihadla na Praze 14. Hlavním podkladem je komplexní urbanistické řešení tohoto území, které bylo zpracováno v rámci přediplomího projektu v zimním semestru 2018/2019, které bylo v diplomové práci zachováno. Jezdecký areál se nachází u rybníku Martiňák na východní straně areálu Čihadla. V součastné době je zde rekreační park u Čeňku, který nabízí volnočasové vyžití. Je zde vybudováno dětské hřiště s atrakcemi a in-line dráha. Z urbanistické koncepce je zde navržena rekreační zóna, která zahrnuje dětský park, jezdecký klub a skautský tábor. Tyto dvě nově navržené budovy maximálně reaguji na charakter současné krajiny. Řešená plocha je mírně svažitá směrem k rybníku a nově navrhované objekty jsou zasazeny částečně do terénu. Díky tomu zamezíme úbytku zelených ploch nahrazením vegetační střechy. Jezdecký areál bude lákadlo pro lidi v každém ročním období. Během provozu olympijských parků zde budou probíhat ukázky olympijských disciplín v jezdectví - Parkurové skákání, drezura a jezdecká všestrannost. Za nepříznivé počasí bude možné využívat nově vybudovanou jezdeckou halu, která bude přizpůsobena nejen pro klub, ale i pro diváckou veřejnost. Mimo dobu olympijských parků zde bude jezdecká škola a krytá jízdárna bude moct být multifunkčně využita i pro jiné dočasné účely. Budou zde probíhat dětské tábory s koňmi, školení jezdců a trenérů, trenérské zkoušky apod... K ubytování zde bude sloužit nově navržený skautský tábor.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of the indoor riding hall situated in the area Cihadla in Prague 14. This proposal is set in a complex urban design of this area, which was elaborated as part of a prediploma project in the winter semester 2018/2019, which was preserved in the thesis. The riding area is located by the Martinak pond on the eastern side of the Cihadla complex. Currently, there is a recreational park called Cenek, which offers leisure activities. There is a playground with attractions and an in-line track. From the view of urban conception there is designed a recreational zone, which includes a children's park, a riding club and a scout camp. Two newly designed buildings, indoor riding hall and accomodation part, respond to the character of the contemporary landscape. The area is slightly sloping towards the pond and the newly designed buildings are partially set in the field. This will prevent the loss of green areas by replacing the vegetation roof. The riding area will attract people in every season. During the event of the Olympic Parks, there will be exhibitions of Olympic disciplines in horse riding - show jumping, dressage and equestrian versatility. In bad weather it will be possible to use the newly built riding hall, which will be adapted not only for the club, but also for the public. Outside the time of holding the Olympic Parks, there will be a riding school and the indoor riding hall will be used for other temporary purposes. There will be children's camps with horses, training of riders and coaches, coaching exams, etc ... The newly designed scout camp will serve for accommodation.
