Výzkumné centrum Malešice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh a zpracování dokumentace stavebního objektu, umístěného v průmyslové zóně v pražských Malešicích. V současné době na těchto pozemcích stojí Teplárna Malešice. Tento projekt počítá s jejím odstraněním a vytvořením tak prostoru pro rozvoj města. Stavba je slouží jako vývojové centrum nových technologií. Návrh objektu vychází ze zpracované urbanistické studie. Zohledňuje výšku okolní zástavby a dodržuje uliční čáru. Stavba svým umístěním vytváří přechod městské zástavby do průmyslové zóny. Hmotově je rozdělena do tří bloků, vzájemně propojenými v přízemí. Jedná se o čtyř podlažní objekt, konstrukčně řešený jako montovaný ocelový skelet. V objektu se budou nacházet administrativní plochy, laboratoře, prodejní plochy, halové prostory a jídelna s kuchyní. Fasáda objektu je obalena předsazenou konstrukcí s trapézovým plechem, který slouží jako stínící prvek interiéru stavby a zároveň tvoří výraz stavby z exteriéru.

The subject of the diploma is the design and processing of building object documentation, located in the industrial zone in Prague Malešice. At present, Malešice Heating Plant stands on these plots. This project envisages its removal and the creation of a space for urban development. The building serves as a development center for new technologies. The design of the building is based on an urban study. It takes into account the height of the surrounding buildings and follows the street line. Building its location creates a transition of urban development into an industrial zone. It is divided into three blocks, interconnected on the ground floor. It is a four-storey building, designed as a prefabricated steel frame. There will be administrative areas, laboratories, sales areas, hall spaces and a dining room with kitchen. The façade of the building is wrapped with a trapezoidal sheet construction, which serves as a shielding element for the interior of the building and at the same time forms the exterior expression of the building.
