Kulturní centrum Malešice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá architektonickým návrhem kulturního centra v Malešicích v Praze. Architektonická studie objektů je zpracovaná na základě urbanistického konceptu z předdiplomního projektu. Urbanistický projekt řeší lokalitu Teplárny Malešice. Je zde navržena nová obytná čtvrť Malešic s potřebnou občanskou vybaveností. V území se počítá se vznikem tří hlavních veřejných prostor, hlavního náměstí s kulturním centrem, školního náměstí s parkovou zelení a náměstíčka poblíž sportovišť a rekreace. Urbanistická studie reflektuje prodloužení tramvajové trati do průmyslové části Malešic a předpokládá rozvoj bytové zástavby. Diplomní část řeší podrobněji kulturní centrum včetně rámcového návrhu parteru. Kulturní centrum zahrnuje budovu knihovny, budovu pro základní uměleckou školu, restauraci, kavárnu, galerii a víceúčelový sál se zázemím. Je dále doplněno o komerční prostory v přízemí. Projekt zahrnuje i návrh interiéru vstupní haly. Součástí práce jsou vybrané části dokumentace provedené v úrovni stavebního povolení, včetně koncepce požárně bezpečnostního řešení, konceptu technického zařízení budov a stavebně konstrukční řešení vybraných částí.

The diploma thesis deals with the architectural design of the cultural center in Malešice in Prague. The architectural study of buildings is based on an urban concept from a pre-master project. The urban project solves the locality of heating plant Malešice. There is a new residential area in Malešice with necessary civic amenities. Three major public areas are expected to be established in this area: the main square with a cultural center, a school square with park greenery and a small square near sports grounds and recreation area. The urban study reflects the extension of the tram line to the industrial part of Malešice and expects the development of residential development. The diploma part deals in more detail with the cultural center including the framework of the parterre. The cultural center includes a library building, a building for a primary art school, a restaurant, a café, a gallery and a multi-purpose hall with facilities. It is also complemented by commercial premises on the ground floor. The project also includes a design of the entrance hall interior. Part of the work are selected parts of documentation carried out at the level of building permit, including the concept of fire safety solution, the concept of technical equipment of buildings and constructional design solutions of selected parts.
