Návrh manipulátoru pro testování listových pružin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh manipulátoru k lince na speciální kompozitové listové pružiny firmy Mubea. Úvod práce se zaměřuje na rešerši, která zahrnuje základní informace o firmě Mubea, základy automatizace, typy pohonných zařízení a lineárních vedení, které následně aplikuji na manipulátor. Dále se práce zaměřuje na sestavení pracovišť AP2 a AP3 pro nejoptimálnější výsledky. V práci jsou uvedeny výpočty všech pohonných zařízení a míst, na které firma kladla požadavky pro kontrolní výpočet. K práci jsou přiloženy sestavné výkresy manipulátoru.

This bachelor thesis contains a design of manipulator to line for special composite leaf springs for the company Mubea. The introduction focuses on a research that includes basic information about Mubea, the basics of an automation, types of propulsion and linear guides, which I then apply to the manipulator. Furthermore, the work focuses on the compilation of AP2 and AP3 workplaces for the best results. In this work are given calculations of all driving devices and places, where the company required that. The work includes attached drawings of the manipulator.
