ZÁKLADNÍ UMĚLECKÁ ŠKOLA SLIAČ

Abstract

Cílem projektu je návrh novostavby Základní umělecké školy Sliač na pozemku původní budovy, která byla vyhodnocena jako nevyhovující. Návrh reaguje na daný kontext svou hmotou i stavebním programem. Ten je znatelně rozšířený o další prostory, čímž je posílen předpoklad kvalitního průběhu výuky ve všech oborech. Forma architektonického ztvárnění budovy zároveň vytváří z přilehlé školní zahrady intimní prostor, který se stavbou komunikuje a stává se její galerií. Součástí návrhu je i řešení veřejného předprostoru budovy.

The aim of this project is the design of a new building for The Elementary Art School Sliač at the site of the previous one, which was deemed as no longer sufficient. The final design reacts to the existing context with its volumetry and also with the building program. It is noticeably expanded by additional space that creates conditions for high quality education in all disciplines. The architectural form of the building also generates an intimate space in the garden which can communicate with the building and so it becomes its gallery. One part of the design is also a design of the public area in front of the Elementary Art School.
