Implementace vybraných technik Kaizen v konkrétní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na implementaci vybraných technik Kaizen ve vybraném podniku a popis jejich účinností. Teoretická část práce obsahuje souhrnný popis předem zvolených principů, které vybraná společnost využívá, jejich charakteristiku a případné podmínky pro zavedení do podniku. Praktická část bakalářské práce pomocí výzkumného šetření popisuje stupeň implementace zavedených principů a následnou reálnou implementaci vybraných technik. Závěr práce obsahuje hodnocení využití implementovaných principů a návrhy na možná zlepšení.

The bachelor thesis is focused on implementation of selected Kaizen techniques in selected company and description of their effectiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a summary description of pre-selected principles used by the selected company, their characteristics and possible conditions for introduction into the company. The practical part of the bachelor thesis uses a research to describe the implementation of established principles and subsequent real implementation of selected techniques. The conclusion of the thesis includes evaluation of utilization of implemented principles and suggestions for possible improvements.
