Vliv prostředí na materiálové charakteristiky betonu a sádry

Abstract

Disertační práce je zaměřena na popis mechanických vlastností sádry a betonu v návaznosti na praktické využití při návrhu konstrukcí a výstavbě. Teoretická část práce je věnována zkušebním metodám, souvisejícím normám a stanovování materiálových charakteristik. V teoretické části práce jsou podrobně popsány testované materiály. Praktická část se zabývá stanovením mechanických vlastností sádrových a betonových vzorků. Laboratorní zkoušení bylo prováděno za pomoci destruktivních a nedestruktivních metod. Je řešeno, jak se mění materiálové charakteristiky vzorků v závislosti na obsahu vlhkosti, stáří a teplotě. Při experimentech bylo na jedné straně využito rezonanční metody a ultrazvuku, na straně druhé byly destruktivními zkušebními metodami stanoveny pevnosti v tlaku, pevnosti v příčném tahu, statické moduly pružnosti a hloubky průsaku vybraných zkušebních vzorků. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou srovnány hodnoty mechanických vlastností určených za pomoci uvedených metod. Výsledky experimentů jsou ověřeny na stovkách vzorků. Výsledky jsou jedním z kroků k bližšímu poznání chování materiálů na bázi cementu a sádry a mimo jiné slouží pro provedení průkazních zkoušek betonů.

The PhD thesis is focuses on the description of the mechanical properties of plaster and concrete in connection with the practical application in design and construction. The theoretical part is devoted to description of test methods, related norms and determination of material characteristics. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the tested materials are described in detail. The practical part deals with determination of mechanical properties of plaster and concrete samples. Laboratory testing was performed using destructive and non-destructive methods. It is investigated how the material characteristics of the samples vary depending on the moisture content, age and temperature. In the experiments, resonance and ultrasound methods were used on the one hand and on the other hand, compressive strengths, transverse tensile strength, static elastic modulus and leakage depth of selected test specimens were determined by destructive test methods. The individual chapters compare the values of the mechanical properties determined using these methods. The results of the experiments are verified on hundreds of samples. The results are one of the steps to a closer understanding of the behaviour of cement and plaster based materials and, among other things, are used to carry out concrete proofing tests.
