Zkušební stav olejových čerpadel spalovacích motorů

Abstract

Práce řeší mechanickou stránku návrhu zkušebního stavu pro olejová čerpadla spalovacích motorů. Provádí rešerši o používaných čerpadlech v osobních automobilech a definuje jejich požadavky na zkušební stolici. Zabývá se návrhem funkčního schématu, volbou jednotlivých komponent splňující definované parametry a jejich uspořádáním do sestavy. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření konstrukčního modelu zkušebního stavu ve 3D modeláři a jeho zpracováním do výrobních výkresů.

The thesis solves the mechanical aspect of the test bed for the oil pumps of combustion engines. It carries out a search for used oil pumps in passenger cars and defines their requirements for a test bench. It deals with the design of the functional scheme, the selection of individual components meeting the defined parameters and their arrangement in the assembly. The main aim of the thesis is to create a structural model of the test bed in a 3D modeller and to process it into production drawings.
